Ancestry Library Edition: Explore Your Library's Database!

Class is FULL – please join the waitlist.  We are in the process of scheduling more classes.   To help with future planning, in the registration section “Allergies or other needs” please add the day and time you’d be interested in attending an Ancestry Library Edition class.  Thank you!

Due to popular demand this is a repeat of the original Ancestry Library Edition class.

Discover your unique personal history!

Come learn how to use the Ancestry Library Edition database!

Ancestry Library Edition is a searchable genealogical database that includes census records for the US and abroad, military records, immigration records, vital records, photographs and many other sources for tracing your ancestors.  It is a special edition that is available to use only within the library, so not all features on the paid website are available.  Don’t let that stop you from learning all the resources that are still available to you in the Ancestry Library Edition.

This is an instructional class on to how use Ancestry Library Edition and not a genealogical consultation.  Therefore, please do not bring personal records to this initial session.  We will discuss as a group if we want to meet again using your individual records.

Please register as the class size is very limited.

***If there is enough interest we will offer more sessions in the future.

Additonal classes are being offered on the following dates:

Thursday, April 20, Noon-1:30 PM

 Tuesday, May 2, 6:30-8 PM
