From one of the world's leading experts on controlling the conscious mind comes Chatter, the expertly researched yet practically approached guide to improving your conversations with the greatest internal stakeholder of all: yourself. I expected this to be a dense, jargon-heavy read, and was pleasantly surprised to find instead that this enjoyably serviceable title is laced with practicality and reinforced rather than hindered by its layman explanations of scientific studies.

Chatter offers difinitive tools for channeling your inner monologue in ways that are proven to increase productivity, manage stress, minimize internal conflict, and improve our relationships with others. Although it is clear these tools will take time and practice to implement, Kross did a fantastic job of interweaving compelling stories that not only prove it is possible, but also highlight the long-awaited results. Let's face it, we all talk to ourselves. Why not learn to do so in the most effective and enjoyable way possible?
