November is National Novel Writing Month and NaNoWriMo is a world-wide challenge when budding authors hustle to draft a 50K word manuscript in 30 days. If you think you have a novel in you but you don't know how to start, NaNoWriMo is a fun event to write, meet other writers, and generally commiserate online about the writing life.

Rob Greene is the author of three works of science fiction, a writing instructor, a sometimes freelancer, and tackles NaNoWriMo using a manual typewriter. He lives in Southern NH.
