We are preparing the building to reopen to the public for a few days a week starting mid- to late-September. The library has new capacity limits so that we can maintain social distancing, and wearing masks or face coverings will be required. Virtual programming, curbside pick-up, and outside services will continue. Stay tuned for details!

Notary Public Services Reinstated

We are pleased to resume Notary Public services beginning Monday, July 20th. Several of our staff are notaries public and can notarize documents during the Library's hours of operation. It is recommended that patrons call the Library ahead of time at 603-424-5021 (ext 104) to ensure a notary is available.

Please note that the following alterations apply to notary services for the duration of the COVID-19 closure:

  • Persons requesting notary services must agree to wear a mask when within 6 feet of a Library notary.
  • All notary transactions will take place through a plexiglass divider. The person requesting notary services will be asked to remove their mask briefly so the notary can confirm their identity.
  • Notary clients are encouraged to provide their own (black-ink) pen.
  • The $3 non-resident fee has been temporarily suspended; all notary servies are presently provided free of charge.

Please refer to our Notary Public Policy or our Notary & Proctoring Services webpage for more information.
