Beginner Hatha Yoga

Instructor Rachel DeVita shows patrons the ways of hatha yoga, a style of yoga incorporates a series of postures and breathing techniques with the goal of relaxation.  The class starts with warm-ups, followed by a series of poses, and ends with meditation.

Held at the Library on the 3rd Monday of every month (with the exception of June - that session will be Monday, June 24th).

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
