Join us for Cooking Matters: Family Kitchen, presented by the New Hampshire Food Bank, on Wednesday, November 9th, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
This hands-on presentation will prepare caregivers to work together with kids in their care to discuss safe, age-appropriate tasks for kids in the kitchen, practice preparing meals or snacks with child-friendly steps, and make healthy meals and snacks that everyone will enjoy. All participants will leave with a bag of groceries.
This program is suitable for adults and teens; children ages 6 and older may also attend with an adult.
